  • Evening Event. From $850

  • Evening Event. From $1,150

    Each rental includes a 5-hour venue reservation within the available event window.

    Extra hours may be added upon request.

    Events requiring extensive décor setup or breakdown may require additional rental time. Contact us for availability and custom pricing.

  • Food prep area (refrigerator, microwave, wooden countertop)

Additional Fees

  • $250 refundable security deposit

  • $180 sanitation & venue reset fee (ensures the space is fully prepared for your event)

  • Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is permitted only with a licensed bartender holding the appropriate permits. You can either provide your own licensed bartender, or we can arrange one through the venue for an additional fee. Contact us for details.
